What is the process / how do I get on the renovation list?
- If you are interested in renovating your unit, please contact a trusted contractor to discuss renovation plans. A contractor can give you a more accurate quote for your unit based on your wants and needs.
- We have worked with our architects to update and redesign the existing units but please don't feel as though you have to use our plans or the finishes we selected. You are welcome to use some, all , or none of the ideas from the model units. All renderings, plans, and information are for inspirational purposes.
How can I get the as-built drawings?
- Currently, we are giving all homeowners conceptual renderings and floor-plans; however, if you want the as built drawings which includes the demo plan, floor-plan, and power plan, please use the link below to request a renovation waiver. Once the waiver is filled out and returned via email or to our Portofino Office, we will send you the as-built drawings for your unit.
